This process assures a tight metallurgical bond between the steel sheet and its aluminum coating, producing a material with a unique combination of properties possessed neither by steel nor by aluminum alone. Aluminized steel shows a better behavior against corrosion and keeps the properties of the base material steel for temperature lower than 800 °C. Cold Rolled Strip

Cold rolled strip: Hot rolled pickled strips go through a cold rolling process where reduced thickness, better drivability and improved surface are obtained. These products are applied in a wide range of industries like automotive, electric appliances, enameling, and electric motors.

Full hard: Cold rolled, very stiff, not annealed semi finished product appropriate for hot dip galvanizing or annealing processes.
Annealed: Through a heat treatment process previously cold-rolled steel recovers ductility being suitable for subsequent forming operations.
